Robyn brings over 20 years’ HR leadership experience in non-profit and for-profit industries. Prior to launching her consulting business, Robyn successfully helped organizations align their business objectives with creative HR solutions that improved performance, profitability and employee engagement.
Robyn holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California, an MBA from Regis University, and a SHRM-SCP certification. Robyn is also certified in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 (emotional intelligence) assessments and coaching. She lives along the CT shoreline with her husband and black lab Rosie, volunteers for various local nonprofits, and would adopt every stray dog on the planet if she could.
